What is Spirit Halloween and the Spirit Halloween store?

Spirit Halloween was started in San Francisco California in 1983 by this guy named Joseph Marver just as a pop up costume store at a mall. It was pretty much a pop up Halloween store. It was acquired in 1999 he actually opened 60 stores Nationwide. The man was a great business mman and created this business model that had never seen before.
