If you can set up routines and habits early during the day you can benefit form this momentum.
Some people pick up their phone first thing in the morning, and start reacting – instead of being proactive.
My ideal day:
First thing I do when I wake up is that I recall my dreams.
Early morning meditation. Mindfulness is so important. 15-20 minutes.
